AT+CSCS=? liefert nur OK, ohne Liste der unterstützten GSM charsets. Identify schlägt daher fehl (unknown response).
Es gibt auch weitere Befehle, die mit OK quittiert werden, aber keine Daten/body liefern.
Empfehle Gammu Feature/Konfigurationsoption F_FORCE_DEFAULTS => Default Wert forcieren, falls nicht ermittelbar. Zum Beispiel charset GSM wenn keine Liste mit AT+CSCS=? ermittelbar.
